Prescott Valley Restaurant Week Runs on a Weekday Calendar. Here's the Final Stretch, Day by Day

Morning light across a timber porch with a glazed entry door, stone column base, and pinyon tree beside granite gravel.

Thirty-five restaurants are in Prescott Valley Restaurant Week 2026, and it ends Sunday, October 18. Read the full list of specials and you'll see that a lot of the best deals have a clock or a calendar attached. Some are taco nights, some are enchilada Wednesdays, and some are lunch windows that close at 2 p.m. One menu changes completely when Friday arrives. From here to Sunday, the day you pick decides what you can order almost as much as the restaurant does.

Why There's No Set Dinner Menu

The Town of Prescott Valley's Restaurant Week page says the event includes "specially priced multi-course meals and dinner bundles to breakfast favorites and signature dishes," and that each restaurant "can participate in a way that works best for them."

That flexibility shows in the menus. Of the 35 listings, Tailgaters & Il Primo is the only one that describes the classic structure: a $35 dinner for two that includes an appetizer, entrees and dessert. Most other restaurants simply discounted what they already do well, often on the days and at the hours they already run specials.

The schedule is built for that kind of eating. According to the Daily Courier, the "week" actually runs ten days so it covers two weekends. The event has also grown. The inaugural Restaurant Week in 2024 had more than 20 restaurants, and this year it's 35. More restaurants, each setting its own terms, means more deals that only work on certain days.

The Final Six Days, Mapped

Below are the specials the town's listing ties to a day of the week, laid over this last stretch. Specials on the listing that don't name a day are left out of this table.

Day Specials tied to that day
Tuesday, Oct. 13 Bobby's Outlaw Pizzeria & Cocina tacos at $2.50 each; Taqueria Guadalajara 3 tacos for $10.50; Olivas Mexican Food buy-one-get-one tacos at $5.95; Dad's Backyard Grill buy one specialty burger, get one free
Wednesday, Oct. 14 Bobby's "Wingsday" $1 wings; Taqueria Guadalajara 2 enchiladas for $10.99; Olivas Enchilada Wednesday at $13.95 per person; Rosa's Pizzeria 15yr Anniversary Favorites Menu for $15
Thursday, Oct. 15 Olivas Thirsty Thursday, half off draft beer or margaritas; Prescott Club at StoneRidge starts rotating dinner features from $22; last day of Lindo Mexico's weekday menu
Friday, Oct. 16 Lindo Mexico switches to posole at lunch for $17.50 and fajitas at dinner for $22.50; last weekday for Rosa's $15 pizza-and-salad lunch and Taqueria Guadalajara's $5.95 happy-hour margarita, 2 to 5 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 17 Last night of Prescott Club at StoneRidge's dinner features; Lindo Mexico weekend menu
Sunday, Oct. 18 Final day; Lindo Mexico weekend menu still running

The Tuesday and Wednesday deals come from Bobby's, Taqueria Guadalajara, Olivas, Dad's and Rosa's. Lindo Mexico on North Viewpoint Drive is dine-in only for its specials and splits each day at 3 p.m. Through Thursday, lunch is a $11.50 Combo #1 and dinner is any chicken dinner plate for $21.50. The posole and fajitas take over Friday. Prescott Club at StoneRidge on North Bluff Top Drive runs its dinner features Thursday through Saturday only.

One deal runs every day. Sakura on North Viewpoint Drive has happy hour from 3 to 5 p.m., with pick-three appetizers starting at $14.

Thursday also brings an opening on Glassford Hill Road. Signals AZ reports that ALDI opens at 3298 N. Glassford Hill Road on October 15, with an 8 a.m. ribbon cutting and doors opening at 9 a.m. Casa Perez is a short way down the same road at 3088 N. Glassford Hill, with $11.95 lunch specials from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Before Noon Is Where the Deals Run Deepest

If the day of the week shapes dinner, the time of day shapes everything else. Many of the best-priced specials happen at breakfast or at a lunch counter.

The cheapest plate on the whole list is the $5.49 featured breakfast at Sally B's Cafe on East State Route 69, and you can add a drink for $1. BackBurner Family Restaurant on East Long Mesa Drive has its 5 Car breakfast for $14.99 and a mini cinnamon roll flight for $6.99. The Daily Courier says the flight is three rolls in three flavors, one of them pumpkin. Maggie's Kitchen on North Windsong Drive offers chilaquiles, a breakfast quesadilla or a chorizo breakfast burrito for $12.99. Spuds Baked Potato Bar and Grill on Spouse Drive has a Morning Mud Slide for $6.99, plus 10% off if you mention Restaurant Week.

The coffee specials are some of the cheapest stops on the list:

  • Plus Coffee, East Pav Way: the Dirty Chumpkin, made with chai, espresso and pumpkin, for $3.50 in any size
  • Roast N Toast, North Viewpoint Drive: buy a drink and get a free 16-ounce one-flavor coffee drink, as long as the drink you bought is of equal or greater value
  • Carlito's Cafe & Coffee House, East 2nd Street: two sandwiches and two specialty coffees for $20, or any Danish for $2.50

Lunch has its own time limits. Canton Dragon Bistro on East Pav Way serves lunch combos from $14.55 between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Mi Tierra Mexicana on East State Route 69 gives you a second lunch free when you buy one lunch and two soft drinks, but only from its Lunch Specials Menu. Salt & Pepper on North Park Ave leans toward brunch, with Lemonberry Ricotta Pancakes at $15.99 and Huevos Ahogados at $14.99. Last time you ate there, it may have been the smaller space. Signals AZ reported in July that the restaurant moved into a larger location in the Prescott Valley Town Center.

Feeding the Whole Table

The other big category is the bundle: deals sized for a household or a group, several of them meant to go home with you.

Restaurant Bundle Serves
Tailgaters & Il Primo, East Pav Way Family Meal, $75 Up to 10
By The Bucket, East State Route 69 Family Bucket of Spaghetti with 6 meatballs and garlic bread, $29.99 3 to 4
Ciao Bella, East Florentine Family Meal Deal, $39.99, take-out only Not listed
Mayas Mercado, North Robert Road Taco Platter, $64.99 Not listed
Canton Dragon Bistro, East Pav Way Family Dinner, $28.99 per person 2-person minimum
Bobby's Outlaw Pizzeria & Cocina, Humboldt Boneless Wing Party Platter, $50 Not listed

Restaurant Week has ten days and two weekends, and a $75 meal for ten covers a Saturday with guests in town. A takeout family deal covers a busy weeknight.

Where the Specials Cluster

Every listing on the town's page has an address, and they group into a few strips. That makes it easy to try two places in one outing.

Spouse Drive has Kalavera's Bar & Grill, Spuds, Plaza Bonita and La Casita Prescott Valley within a few hundred numbers of each other. Plaza Bonita has a $8.99 taco special and a $8.99 smashburger special.

North Park Ave has Salt & Pepper, Gabby's Grill, Rosa's Pizzeria and Yogis Grill. Rosa's and Yogis share the 2992 address.

North Windsong Drive has Maggie's Kitchen and Dad's Backyard Grill at 3040, with Thai Cafe next door at 3050. Thai Cafe takes 15% off if you mention Restaurant Week.

North Viewpoint Drive has Sakura and Lindo Mexico sharing 6648, with Roast N Toast up the street at 6443.

East State Route 69 has the longest run. It includes Mi Tierra Mexicana, La Tapatia Mexican Food, Olivas, and Sally B's Cafe and By The Bucket, which share 7680.

A few participants have addresses outside town. Redwoods Grill at Prescott Golf Club is listed in Dewey and has a $16 smoked tri tip. Bobby's is in Humboldt. Big "H" BBQ is listed at 171 E. State Route 69 in Dew and has a $17 brisket pasta.

One of the newest names is on East Frontage Road. The Daily Courier reports that Luiza's Filipino Kitchen opened in early 2026. In its first Restaurant Week, it's offering a two-entree plate for $16, a one-entree bowl for $12 and halo-halo for $10.

The Trophy on the Line

Every meal this week can also count toward the People's Choice vote. The town's page links to an online ballot for your favorite participating restaurant.

BackBurner is the restaurant to beat. Signals AZ reported last November that it won first place for the second year in a row, with more than 30% of the vote. La Casita took second in its first Restaurant Week, and Mamma's Kitchen Cafe finished third. Councilmembers Kymberli Lopez, Michael Greer and Kendall Schumacher presented the awards. The trophy is a golden chef in a floppy hat giving a thumbs up, according to the Daily Courier. The paper also reports that co-owner Kevin Calia, who runs BackBurner with his brother Nick, is coaching his staff to get diners excited about voting.

The Daily Courier reported that Steve Bracety, president and CEO of the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce, told the Town Council the goal is "to get people out of their kitchens and into our local restaurants." He also said residents should "try something new, revisit an old favorite, bring their families, invite their friends." Last year's winners were announced on November 5.

Peter Fife keeps track of Prescott Valley's openings and moves, like Salt & Pepper's bigger Town Center space and the arrival of Luiza's, because the restaurants near a home are part of how he markets it.
